The County Economy Development, Change Rules Of Peasant Household Behavior In The Study

County economy is the regional economy divided by administration area as geographic space, including the sum total of regional economy by the county. As administrative regions of Chinese basic economy, county economy is a comprehensive and regional basic economic unit with relatively independent of the run in Chinese economic development. County economy takes up a large proportion in the national economy, it has a very important foundation status. From the angle of spatial distribution, most villages and households are distributed in different counties in China. Therefore, county economy is essentially the sum of rural economics.The income level of the local farmers can not be ignored in the process of county economic development. As he basic unit of agricultural production, the development of the household’s behavior is a micro-foundation for agricultural development. Since Reformation and Opening, agriculture in China is in the transition phase from traditional agriculture to modern agriculture, from subsistence agriculture to market agriculture. Household’s conduct of operations, operational efficiency, business objectives are subject to varying degrees, while the production and business activities of households, labor transfer behavior affect the development of county economy at different levels throughout this process. It can be said that the households and the county economy is an indivisible whole, the two influence each other, complement each other. Therefore, in this particular context of the county economy, to the time axis, logical analysis and study on household’s behavior has a strong practical significance.As one of the main part of the county economic development, household’s behavior determines the level of development of county economy. In the framework of household’s behavior, this paper analyze household’s behavior at different stages of the county economic development. On the basis of depth understanding of the microscopic behavior of the households, we discuss the effect of household’s behavior on the county’s economic development. On the basis of previous theoretical studies, the paper first define the concept of the county and the county economy, households and household’s behavior, then collate and summarize the theory of the development of county economy and household’s behavior. Secondly, this paper summarize the county household’s behavior in the closed phase, the limited open stage and the open stage, which is the main part of this article. Again, it analysis the factors which affecting the household’s behavior from the external impact and internal impact, empirical analysis the two dominant factors, which are agricultural land system and technical progress by multiple linear regression model. Then, explore the household’s behavior change on the county economy from the main points of the beneficial effects and adverse effects. Finally, the previously summarized, and corresponding policy recommendations for the influencing factors of the farmers own quality, institutional change, technological progress and government behavior.
