The Labor Relations is one of the most fundamental and the most important social relations, and it is the modern social harmony and stability "litmus test". Since the reform and opening up, the non-public economy, as an important part of China’s Socialism market economy, has become an important driving force for economic prosperity and social progress. In China’s non-public enterprises, the relationship between labor and capital is steady in general. But the contradiction also exists objectively, and it transitions from recessive to outward, presenting sometimes occurrence and partial tension trend. Workers’rights have been infringed, and labor dispute growing threat to social harmony and stability, the healthy development of the economy, affecting the process of building a socialist harmonious society in China. To build harmonious Labor Relations of non-public enterprises have gradually become one of China’s most urgent social problems.In this paper, based on Marx labor and capital theory, firstly its fruits of application and development in China are mining and combing. These include labor-management cooperation Thought of Mao Zedong, Deng Xiaoping’s labor and capital benefits both ideological, Jiang Zemin’s Chinese characteristics builders of the socialist idea, and thinking of harmonious labor relations under the guidance of the scientific development concept. On the basis of these theories, non-public enterprises in China how to build a harmonious Labor Relations basic analysis. Secondly, the problems of Labor Relations in the non-public enterprises in our country at this stage are discussed in detail from four areas, including the labor remuneration, the bad working conditions, the labor timeout super strength and the increase in the number of cases of labor disputes. Through in-depth analysis of these issues, it is conclude that the fundamental reason cause the present complex, sharp and groups Labor Relations this stage of non-public enterprises is that employers and employees imbalances between the two sides. Finally, to explore ways to build harmonious Labor Relations in the non-public-owned enterprises in China, should establish and form a balanced pattern of labor force and carry out the depth of cooperation between employers and employees. At the same time, it stresses party organization’s unique role in non-public enterprises to building harmonious Labor Relations.
