With the change of international environment and the trend of enterprises’globalization, there are much more enterprises entering to foreign market. The growthrate of economy has been more than10%every year since the policy of openness andrevolution in1978. Even though the growth rate in recent years is a bit decreasing suchas8-9%, the world still makes high concern on China as it is still higher than developedcountries.China and South Korea established diplomatic relationship in1992, since then,South Korea Corporation realized the potential of Chinese market. The investment toChina market is increased by a rapid speed based on abundant and cheap labor. Due tothe Asia economic crises in1997, South Korea reduced the investment in China for awhile but it is growing again since1999. Investment for China gets about50%share oftotal foreign investment and China gets more important position to South Korea as apartner in economy.It is important for East Asian countries including South Korea to establish futurestrategies for politics, economic, corporate considering China. In order to make asuccessful expansions in Chinese market which is characterized by a huge potential, it isvery important to understand about human resource management’s strategic.To succeed as a global enterprise, it is necessary to build the differentiatedstrategies for the efficient and effective management of human resources combined withthe right choice of products, technology development and understanding of culturalsimilarities and differences.This thesis analyzes the management environments which South Korea enterprisesare facing in China and studied the influences on HR management of South Koreaenterprises which China management environments brought to analyzing problems andmeasures for HR management of South Korea enterprises through the researches onemployment, wage, industrial relations.
