During the30years since the reform and opening up, China has achieved greateconomic success, but at the same time, along with the economic growth, the incomegap is also expanding. The income gap in China has gradually become the focus of thecommunity, as well as the topical issues of professional studies in the field ofeconomics. Experts and scholars in various fields, especially in the field ofeconomics, from their own perspective,on the causes of the income gap in China, features, future trends, and other basic problem, a comprehensive and profound studyhas been made. In accordance with the classification of the income gap between urbanand rural areas, industry, sector, increased income inequality is also a variety ofselected income gap between urban and rural areas, from the point of view of the flowof rural labor force, try to elaborate the urban-rural income gap in Shanxi Province,at the same time to predict its future trends, and proposed countermeasures to promotethe Rural labor mobility and thus narrow the income gap between urban and rural areas, from the point of view of promoting rural labor. The paper is divided into three parts: The first part of the theoretical researchon the relationship of the rural labor mobility and urban-rural income gapsystematically organized, one of the main points described, certain theoreticalsignificance analysis. Basis "-pull-charges theory is the study of the basic theoryof this theory, because in accordance with the Shanxi Province reality situation, described by the theory was close," Liu-pull-Fee theory "as this article analysisis based on the foundation. The second part is divided into four smaller parts: First, the analysis of theactual situation of the urban-rural income gap in Shanxi Province, the disposableincome of urban residents and farmers’ per capita net income increase and the growthrate of revenue. Shanxi urban residents in the research of the Year (2000-2011)of disposable income in terms of the total growth in the average annual growth ratefaster than the national average; farmers’ net income growth situation is notoptimistic, no matter average annual growth rate of total growth or slower than national average water products, and further analysis of the reasons for this incomechange status. Thus, the gap between the income of urban and rural residents in ShanxiProvince is expanding. Second, the estimated stock of the situation of surplus laborin rural areas of Shanxi Province. Data, accounting of the use of the existing ruralfarming area, and labor standards need to invest the amount of labor, and then tofind out the total amount of the total labor force in rural areas can provide theamount of labor, the difference between the two has become surplus labor amount oflabor standards conversion, will be able to draw a number of rural surplus labor, this number is the important foundation followed by analysis of the transfer of rurallabor in Shanxi Province scale contrast can be inferred Shanxi rural surplus labormobility data behind it adequacy scale, and thus determine the Shanxi Province, isin the theoretical "first" or "second stage" phase of the discrimination is to makepolicy recommendations. Once again, the number of study the flow of rural labor inShanxi Province. In this section, respectively, from the two angles of the householdregistration change and career change analyzed two sets of data, these two sets ofdata can be reaction to some extent the flow of rural labor. Finally, the analysisof the relationship of Shanxi Province, the urban-rural income gap and labor mobility.According to the theory, the first phase of the rural labor mobility, will appearthe phenomenon of rural labor mobility scale with both at the same time increasingthe income gap between urban and rural areas;, when the size of the rural labormobility continue to increase in the second phase of the rural labor mobility limitedby the labor stock as well as the production of the agricultural sector, growth isslowing down, at the same time, the income gap between urban and rural areas graduallydecreases until it disappears. According to the existing situation of Shanxi Province, the income gap between urban and rural areas to larger undoubtedly determine the trend, but the scale on the flow of rural labor is how it? This requires two sets of dataobtained by the above analysis, to distinguish exactly which set of data to betterexplain the situation. Household registration data is far less than the occupationaldata, these two sets of data are compared to the estimate of Shanxi Province, therural surplus labor force data, household registration data is far less than the surplus rural labor force data, and occupational data is greater than the remainingscale. Next, from the qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis of the two anglesclear, household registration data to better reflect the true situation, ShanxiProvince, is now in theory, the size of the rural labor mobility is still not bigenough, the income gap will continue to becomes large. The third part thus narrowing the income gap between urban and rural areas, fromthe promotion of rural labor mobility in Shanxi Province has proposed somecountermeasures example: household registration reform, the rural labor force skillstraining, the establishment of a unified labor market in urban and rural areas, improve the social security system, acceleration of the Rural mobility of the laborforce, so that the theory of the "second stage" fast arrival, to reduce the urban-ruralincome gap in Shanxi Province.
