Study On Problem The Milk Stations Management Based On Dairy Quality In Heilongjiang Province

With the rapid development of economic,Chinese dairy industry maintains rapidgrowth,dairy is increasingly becoming relatively independent of Chinese agricultural industryand huge development prospects pillar industry.In recent years,with the increasing income ofresidents,people’s food structure has changed, the proportion of nutritional food is graduallyincreasing,At the same time,due to the attention and advocacy of the government,people hasincreased the level of awareness on dairy,dairy is gradually from the traditional tonics andluxury to essential food of the everyday life of the family.However,It is noteworthy that dairyquality and safety issues frequently occurs in rencent years,We have to worry about the qualityand safety of China’s dairy.Events of dairy quality and safety issues also dealt a heavy blow tothe dairy industry,resulting in shrinkage of the dairy market,Slower pace of development hasbeen the rapid development of the dairy industry.Milk station is a tie joining dairy farmers anddairy business,playing a very important role in the supply chain of raw milk,in the same time,playing a decisive role to China’s dairy quality and safety,Therefore,milk station operatorswhether security directly hinders the further development of China’s dairy industry.Heilongjiang is a dairy producing province,which is both one of the raw milk productionbase in China, but also gathered in the dairy processing enterprises,2010rank second in thenumber of milk production and dairy processing enterprises in Heilongjiang Province in thenation.The survey found: there are four kinds of raw milk production mode in HeilongjiangProvince:retail mode,milk station mode, the farming community patterns and pasture mode,themain mode is still retail mode.Whether retail mode or milk station mode,Raw milk need milkstation as a transit point for transporting to the dairy enterprise.As of June2012,HeilongjiangProvince has a milk station3026,The number is very large,impact on the quality and safety ofdairy products in China to explore its business practices from the point of view of the milkstation,there are important theoretical and practical significance.In this study, firstly by introducing research background,Purpose and significance,Homeand Abroad Research,The main content and methods of research,technology roadmap,papersinnovation discusses the feasibility of this study,established the value of the present study.Secondly,In this paper, the milk station, milk station security and dairy quality and safetyconcepts defined,and supply and demand theory, game theory and social choice theory described.By analysis of the dairy industry in Heilongjiang Province, the status quo, the statusof milk stations and milk stations operating conditions,the study found there are some issues inthe milk standing professional and technical personnel, infrastructure, quality testing, and socialservices in Heilongjiang Province.At the same time, the use of game theory,milk station as thecenter,analysis of the game between the milk stations and dairy industry, milk stations and dairyfarmers.Finally, the use of research data,conducted a descriptive analysis to Heilongjiang Provincemilk station operational behavior,Logistic model further regression analysis on the impact of themilk station security operations impact factors,on the basis of the above research,for theproblems that exist in the safety and operation of milk stations,their own operationalmanagement support and supervision from the government, the milk station, milk station levelof social services in three areas to improve the safety of the milk station operators inHeilongjiang Province suggestions,hoping to the safety of Heilongjiang Province milk stationoperators have certain theoretical significance.
