TheHeilongjiang Reclamation Enterprise is as one of the key agricultural enterprises, enhancing therisk response capacity is directly related to the overall development of the agricultural enterprises.Therefore, through evaluating and warning the financial risk of the Heilongjiang ReclamationEnterprise, it can not only improve the enterprise management personnel’s risk preventionawareness, but also can improve the financial risk assessment and the use of early warningmethod.Based on analyzing the causes and characteristics of financial risk, financial early-warningconcept and related theory, this paper uses analytic hierarchy process, basing on financial data andqualitative factors about Heilongjiang the Great Northern Wilderness Agricultural Co., Ltd whichis on behalf of Heilongjiang Reclamation Enterprise, building covering solvency, operatingcapacity, profitability, growth capacity and non-financial indicators of financial risk about theevaluation index system, which is from the current ratio, quick ratio, asset-liability ratio and othertwenty indicators to comprehensive evaluation and early warning about the financial risk ofHeilongjiang Reclamation Enterprise by using fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model andefficacy coefficient method.Through analysis, the total score of Heilongjiang the Great Northern Wilderness AgriculturalCo., Ltd financial risk assessment is3.276, the individual score is located in the0and1; the scoreof financial risk early warning comprehensive effect coefficient is79.983, according to thefinancial risk division of the evaluation and warning level, we can know that the the HeilongjiangReclamation Enterprise has a moderate degree of financial risk at present and in the future, moreattention should be paid to the enterprise management personnel. In the light of the financial riskassessment and early warning results, this paper has targeted from the debt paying ability,operating ability, profitability, growth capacity, non-financial index five aspects to put forwardcorresponding measures to prevent risks, in order to reduce the the Heilongjiang ReclamationEnterprise of financial risk, to raise the crisis awareness of the Heilongjiang ReclamationEnterprise and promote the economy of the Heilongjiang Reclamation Enterprise develops withsound and rapid.
