In commercial bank management, effective assessment mechanisms can improve banks’capital adequacy ratios, improve asset quality, enhance profitability, but also can train human resources for the bank, at the same time can reach the reality of raising bank competitive and potentially competitive effect.Customer manager assessment mechanism for commercial banks is an important mechanism affecting the banking industry, and the development of mechanisms for assessment of the customer manager actually is the solution to the customer manager with commercial banks their relationship. Compared to other positions of commercial banks, the customer manager positions have different characteristics:On one hand, the scope of work of the customer manager is not necessarily in a commercial bank, is so that they contact the customer in a certain area, this region may be large, may be small. Thus, in order to observe the level of effort statistics to the customer manager, in addition to the expensive investment of human and material resources, there was not much possible way. The other hand, the daily performance of the customer manager in addition to the receipt of the impact of their own efforts, but also by many unpredictable market factors, such as a competitor’s strategy, customer psychological factors, the potential demand of the region, as well as commercial banks strategies. Thus, the customer manager’s level of effort and not directly by the daily performance and general concluded that if this will give the account manager to provide opportunities for opportunistic behavior, moral behavior (Moral Hazard)In order to prevent the occurrence of such acts, but also science in order to reflect the daily work of the customer manager, articles performance assessment of the customer manager for the study, attempts to reconstruct the new assessment mechanism to provide a reference for all commercial banks.
