With the world economy’s blooming development,more and more Chinese enterprises have realized that they can obtain stronger survival ability only if they go abroad and be integrated into the world economic system. As a widely convenient way, overseas mergers and acquisition has gained more and more attentions from business filed and academic field.This article discusses overseas M&A of wine trading company based on company LT’s operation statement. Now the problems LT faces are that how to continue growing,become stronger,and rank international enterprises by confronting fierce competition on both domestic and world market. This essay focuses on the core clue-"strategy analysis of overseas M&A-strategy formulation of overseas M&A-strategy implementation of overseas M&A" and carries out the research step by step. Based on the actual data and documents, the article makes an effort to discuss the details that what kind of overseas M&A strategy LT adopted in order to gain core competitive power and improve its competitiveness. And it analysis the M&A motivation, internal and external environment, the object selection and finalization, the strategy system arrangement and preparing, and the risk management and strategy implementation. And it gives a systematic study of the whole overseas M&A. In the end, it evaluates the implementation effect of LT’s overseas M&A strategy, and reflects on the lack,and improvement measures, and tries to provide reference for overseas development of this field.
