| Today, to improve the level of organizational trust is aurgent problem that needs to solve for most Chinese enterprises, in this regard, organizational trust’motivated attribut ions theory,which is on the aspect of the risk nature and the dependent emotion and relates to the elements such as risk perception and organizati onal justice, is a good response to the problem of low level of Chinese enterprise organizational trust. At the same time, collective efficacy theory based on the social cognitive theory, has attracted the attention of academics at domestic and international gradually because of concerning about the c ollective’s initiative ability in the organizational context. In the wake of management pr actices and theoretical research’s development, the study of the relationship between col lective efficacy and organizational trust become necessary.On the basis of previous studies, the research uses the motivated attributions model of organizationalyhrghgggtrust as the theory basis, investigate the effect and internal m echanism of collective efficacy to the organizational risk perception, organizational risk perception and organizational trust, as well as explore and verify the moderated regulati on model and moderated mediator model which may existed.The research conducted with the questionnaire survey, investigated the relationship between organizational risk perception, organizational justice and organizational trust t hrough the statistical analysis software such as SPSS, AMOS, proved the fully mediated effect of organizational justice and the regulatory role of organizational risk perception, and explored and verified the existence of a moderated mediator model. The mail result s are summarized as follows:(1) The collective efficacy has a positive effect on the organizational trust.(2)The collective efficacy has a negative influence in organizational risk perception, and positive influence in organizational justice.(3)Organizational risk perception play a part of the intermediary role and significan t regulation role in the collective efficacy’s positive influence to the organizational trust.(4)Organizational justice play a fully mediated role in the collective efficacy’s posit ive effect to the organization trust. (5)The regulating intermediary model,which use the organizational risk perception as the regulating variable and organizational justice as the completely mediating variabl e, is established.This research is, theoretically, innovative for the first time to carry out the study of the relationship between collective efficacy and organizational trust; made up for the col lective efficacy study in domestic academia by the systematic study of the relationship b etween collective efficacy and relevant variables; enriched and developed the motivated attributions model of organizational trust, confirmed the basic element role of organizat ional risk perception and organizational justice in the model; explored and verified the e xistence of a regulated intermediary model, and reflected the mechanism among the vari ables more clearly and comprehensively. Practically, there are some suggestions:(1) Inte rvene the collective efficacy reasonably, improve the staff’s organizational trust, targete d response to the question that how the Chinese enterprises to improve the organizationa1trust through intervene the collective efficacy.(2) Guide the staff’s organizational risk p erception, strengthen the risk communication management, help the Chinese enterprises improve the organizational trust effectively.(3) Exert the central role of organizational j ustice, build the harmonious enterprises, and realize the flexible management. |
