Hochschild put forward the concept of Emotional labor firstly during detailed analysis of flight attendant job in1979,then many scholars made extensive research on it from different angles.Organizational effectiveness can evaluate organizations’ multiple targets, influenced by many factors. Furthermore, human capital has become one of important factors which can rise organizational effectiveness as it is becoming more and more important. Consequently,this article aimed to explore the effect of emotional labor strategy choices on organizational effectiveness as well as the intermediary effect of self-efficacy based on the literature review and statistical analysis, then put forward management advice according to the results of statistical analysis.Specifically speaking, this article can be divided into three parts:the first part is mainly contain literature review, research hypothesis,model and variables, preliminary analysis of the questionnaire. The second part is statistical analysis, mainly including the independent sample T test, single factor analysis of variance, correlation analysis, regression analysis, as well as summary analysis, verifying the expected assumption. Suggestions are putting forward in the third part.Research conclusions of this article are:first, it verifies different demographic variables can cause different emotional labor strategy choices; Second, it verifies significantly positive correlation between two emotional labor strategy choices and organizational effectiveness; Third, it verifies significantly positive relation between emotional labor strategy choice and self-efficacy on strength and breadth; Fourth, it verifies significantly positive correlation between self-efficacy and organizational effectiveness; Fifth, it verifies the partial intermediary effect of self-efficacy.The main innovations of this article are as follow:first, it verifies the differences of demographic variables can lead differences of enterprise employees’ emotional labor strategy choice; Second, it makes exploratory study about the positive effect of enterprise employees’appropriate emotional labor strategy choice on organizational effectiveness; Third, it verifies partial intermediary effect of self-efficacy.
