Small and medium-sized enterprises are an important part of the national economy,It is not only to increase local revenues,but plays an important role in increasing employment and maintaining social stability an so on. Therefore,enterprise marketing strategy determines the development of small and medium-sized enterprises.In recent years, with the development of economic globalization and information technology, competition among small and medium-sized enterprises to become more competitive.In this paper, we study marketing strategy of Shandong Yuan Lihua mining equipment company as the research object. According to characteristics of Shandong Yuan Lihua mining equipment company and poor corporate marketing, we discussed the present situation and existing problems of the enterprise development comprehensivly from the perspective of marketing strategy. we give the right marketing strategy and tactics.At the same time,we analysist the real problems and coping strategies from many aspects in the development of enterprises deeply. Finally we make a brief summary, and to provide the reference scheme.This article developed a marketing strategic planning through to research the development of Shandong Yuan Lihua mining equipment company deeply. This study has two practical significance.First, designing marketing strategies for the company to address the growth bottlenecks facing the company in the development and growth.Second, providing valuable basis in the theory and practical operation for small and medium enterprises to make marketing strategy.
