Research On Agricultural Science&Lechnology Information Service System Based On Synergy Theory

Since the Reform and opening up, the construction of agricultural science and technology information service has been always attached importance to by China, and some achievements have been made. For construction of information infrastructure, telephone、broadcast and television network have been popularized at100percent; For information resource, different scales and types of agriculture database are created; in information technology, precise agriculture has been used in China. In information supplier, enterprise government and college get connected and work together for the service. Meanwhile, receivers of different types have been trained and disciplined to learn of knowledge on information.With the expansion and development of sub-system, the ASTIS evolved and grew quickly. As driven by the government and market, the ASTIS got diverse and many coexists over the China. Recently, each sub-system is getting larger and larger. However, in this way, problems like decentralization arise, which affects the further development of ASTIS in China. In this paper, network research, analysis of multiple areas of agricultural science and technology information service system development status are performed to identify the problems of system, and to find the reason. Finally agricultural science and technology information service system based on Synergy theory is put forward to provide for the coordinated development of China’s agricultural science and technology information service.The contents of this paper are structured as follows:Chapter One introduces the research objective and significance, and elaborates the research thoughts, methodology and innovative points.Chapter Two focuses on the literature review of this research and related practices, and summarizes the theoretical background of ASTIS through the analysis of related papers from home and abroad.Chapter Three explores the current situations of ASTIS, points out the existent problems and analyses the reasons for them from the perspectives such as the subject, object, approach, technology and environment of information service. Chapter Four firstly brings forward ASTIS based on the synergy theory on account of the questions proposed in previous chapter and the reasons why they exist, then makes a deeply analysis and introduction of the system, and finally provides coping strategies and advices for realizing synergetic development.Chapter Five is the conclusion of the thesis and the prospect for future, as the order parameter, the relevant government authorities should play a leading role in improving dynamically and adjusting each subsystem and element of the whole system, which will lead ASTIS of our country to a synergetic development.
