Methane project is an "popularity-winning" project and an "moral governor"project about people’s livelihood in rural areas, energy use, environmental protection, ecological construction and increase farmers’income. It is the concrete reflection of "Three Represents" and the concept of scientific development in the advancing of rural reform. Developing methane project is one of the important ways in getting rid of poverty and becoming better off in southwest. It is an Realistic demand for adjusting agricultural production structure and transforming economic growth pattern. It is also one of the important ways in environmental improvement in southwest.As one of the fermentation technologys in methane project, CSTR is widely studyed in technical study and equipment Selection with a lot of domestic and international experts and scholars. But the economic indicators about this is rarely. With rapid development of methane engineering construction, the research of economic indicators such as construction investment, running cost and annual profit, is becoming necessary.At first, our research use a few types of starting crude to proceed gas experiment, which comes out the factor of created gas of dry matter that mixed in the ratio of2:1with pig manure, cow dung and cow dung-straw. Counting the average value supply theoretical foundation for counting annual output in methane project. Secondly, construction investments such as time limit for a project, cost of labor and material and original equipment cost are used for counting total investment in each methane project. And we also use the cost of operational process which contain energy and running cost, Repair and maintenance,dredging cost, calescence cost, wages and benefits, manage and other costs to count the total cost of methane project. Finally, we creatively build an economic model of annual profit and age limit in cost-recovering about methane project. Through this model, we concluds that the methane project with the scale of construction of500cubic metres have the longest age limit in cost-recovering with lipu tank; the methane project with the scale of construction of800and1000cubic metres have the longest age limit in cost-recovering with welded-steel tank, the scale of construction of800cubic metres, enamel Assembled tank and welded-steel tank are used that make the age limit of cost-recovering short. Methane project with lipu tank, the more the scale is, the less age is cost for cost-recovering.With our research, we can directly understand the running cost with different tank materials and different scale of construction. It will provide the scientific and full foundation in centralized methane project and aslo provide the reference and guide for investor and production operator of methane project from now on.
