The Programme Of Ro/ro Logistics Information System In China Railway Logistics Company

This paper takes Business Process Reengineering theory as the theoretical basis, and pertinently researches the port information system of China railway Bohai railway ferry logistics co., LTD, and then designs a port information system according with the demands and development of the enterprises.This paper first expounds construction situation of logistics information system in the international and China and the enterprise. Then,this article elaborates the related concepts of logistics information system. Due to the paper reseaches the enterprise who establishes the logistics information system belongs to the shipping dock kind of logistics enterprise, so the paper finally focus on establishing logistics information system for shipping dock. In this direction, this paper first elaborates on present situation of the enterprise and the ferry port which the enterprise subordinated to. Then,this paper analyzes the problems of enterprise informatization at the present stage. The article does the importance analysis for the Ro/ro logistics information system and programmes the key business processes. On the base of that, it offers functional architecture of the logistics information system and programmes the six business management module. The optimization of logistics information system solves five key issues for the enterprise. And effective operation of the system also needs to meet three guarantee measures.In the end, the article draws the conclusion that as the goal, seting up a Ro/ro logistics information system should improve the enterprise management level and improve the port operation production efficiency. The logistics information system will perfect enterprise automation operational capability through improving the enterprise information circulation degree and the coordination among departments and parallelism of production operation, etc.The enterprise should put the goals above for the purpose to rationalize the business process restructuring and construct the organization system which conforms to the requirements of the reality.
