Research On Logistics Network Mode Of Agricultural Products In Shanxi Province

The modern logistics theory was introduced to China for a short time, logistics theory lagsbehind the logistics practice has become an indisputable fact, it is more serious in agriculturalproduces logistics, the traditional methods which always show low efficiency, a lot of links, seriouswaste already cannot meet the diverse needs of the economic and social development; However, inShanxi Province, the traditional way is still the main way of the agricultural products logistics,modern agricultural products logistics development is very slow, every member in logistics alwaysshow the low level of organization, lack of logistics technology, singleness of trade mode causeproblem of poor agricultural products logistics, intermittent appear "buy-difficulty, sale-difficulty"situation, seriously restricts the three rural problems solving steps.At first, this paper uses literature analysis method to comb and define related concepts inagricultural products logistics, clear the main member in agricultural products logistics network andthe member’s function, analyses the agricultural products logistics modes of foreign developedcountries, combined with field survey and relevant secondary data, from the viewpoint of ogisticsnodes, logistics infrastructure, logistics information network to analyses present situation ofagricultural products logistics network in Shanxi Province; In the empirical part, analytic hierarchyprocess (AHP) is used to determine the weight of each item in questionnaire, according to the datato calculate the score of different dimensions in governance costs and governance risks, use thecorrelation analysis method to discuss the correlation between each dimension.In this paper, the research results show that the private enterprises are the main part in Shanxiagricultural products market, more than eighty percent companies’ registered capital are less than500000Yuan, it shows that the enterprise scale is small, and these enterprises are mainly distributedin agricultural products wholesale business, the business scope is small, nearly70%of theenterprise can only provide this city (county) related services, only a few firms can provide therelated services by electronic business, and the order of farmers and agricultural coverage area islesser; At the same time, logistics network of agricultural products in Shanxi Province, collaborativeintegration costs and maintenance cost is higher, the rigid cost in general level, that governance riskis in the middle, between collaborative integration costs dimensions, maintenance cost dimensionsand each dimension in governance risk exists positive correlation, there is no correlation betweenrigid cost and each dimensions in governance risk.Logistics network of agricultural products is a new organizational form between market andenterprises; the foundation is to create a favorable internal and external environment to maximizethe function of this kind of form. This paper combined with the actual situation of Shanxi, analysis and evaluation of the situation from two aspects of qualitative and quantitative analysis methods, ithas a positive reference value in improving the industry environment, changing the way ofenterprise management, this provides certain theoretical guidance for the further development ofShanxi agricultural products logistics network.
