After the world financial crisis in2008,a national rescue measures,hope to drive economicgrowth with government investment.Chinese economy has been also deeply affect in the storm.In2009,one year is the most severe economic situation in our country,financial revenue andexpenditure is very nervous.In response to the crisis,the central issued a series of macro-controlpolicies,among them,the issue local government bonds is one of the important measures.In order tomobilize the enthusiasm of local government,central government forced local government toarrange the corresponding matching funds, through the local financing platform of localgovernment,local government raised a large amount of debt,resulting in a whole a surge of debt,debt risk in2009.How to correctly evaluate the current local government debt in China,how toscientifically control the debt risk of local government becomes the academic and administrativemanagement hot topic.The purpose of this article is to analyze the current status of local government debt,combinedwith historical data to find out the problems of local government debt and the reason,according tothe theory and data analysis,puts forward a control model to decrease the risk of local governmentdebt risk in China,and hope that it is helpful to debt risk control in China.In order to give full playto the effectiveness of the model,this paper also puts forward the system of debt management,information disclosure system,the perfection of financial supervision,etc.In research methods,this paper uses empirical analysis and normative analysis,combiningtheory study and practical analysis,the combination of qualitative analysis and quantitative analysiswith the combination of research methods,and use the statistical model and econometric modeltool,to study and analysis local government debt issues deeply.
