The Research On The Risk Appraisal Of Transnational Operation Of Chinese Enterprises

Nowadays, it is both an opportunity and challenge for Chinese enterprises with thehuge changes in the international business environment. Obviously, transnational operationprovides more chance for Chinese managers compared with Domestic business.Transnational operation not only opened the door to new market and low cost of rawmaterials, but also developed a new source of information and knowledge sources, thenexpanded the scope of strategy selection when competed at home and abroad. However, allthe new opportunities will face with more complicated variety and uncertainty of risk, thusrisk management will be destined to become a part of Transnational Management.The goal of this study is to obtain a set of comprehensive evaluation mechanism thatapplied to transnational operation risk management through the study of risk managementframework and the internal audit. Therefore, the paper began with the description of therisks faced by multinational companies and then classified them. Meanwhile, consideredthe role of internal audit involved in risk management, we expect to form the framework ofRisk Management based on the angle of internal audit. Next, we hope to set up a system ofChinese enterprises transnational operation system combined all kinds of western riskmanagement framework to ours. Finally, we will carry on comprehensive evaluation byapplying to fuzzy comprehension decision method, then put forward scientific andreasonable suggestions for the company against the company actual situation.This paper has carried on the preliminary exploration from the following aspects onthe basis of predecessors’ research：(1) we analysis the risk of multinational companies,combined risk management theory with the internal audit practice.(2) Then we build upthe hierarchical model risk to conduct fuzzy comprehensive evaluation on the basis ofsummarizing current domestic and international advanced theoretical result; hope toevaluate the potential risks in the perspective of internal audit of our country enterprisemultinational business risk indicators...
