Accompanied by the prevalence of election for the best employers in this country, this phenomenon make the theory and the business community more involved in research and exploration in the field of employer branding and employer attractiveness. In the context of economic globalization, the ability to attract and retain high-quality personnel has become a key factor for the development of enterprises, and here comes the problem, how to make the "brand" marketing concept successfully converted and transplantation "employer brand "the emerging field of human resource management, better to do effective in attracting talent, reduce recruiting costs, improve employee satisfaction and engagement.This paper is intended to analyze what is the ideal image of the employer in IT industry employees’hearts, as well as the factors which the employees of the IT industry in the choice of employers play a crucial impact analysis of the differences in perception of the different individual characteristics of the employer brand. This empirical research is based on the study of first-hand data through questionnaires in numbers of IT companies, including Sohu, Sina, Qihoo360, innovation works. At the same time, this paper also explore the effective way for IT industry to strengthen self-employer branding and to achieve the effect of seeking talents.This paper uses the the conclusions of the analysis to make some suggestions for IT industry enterprises during making employer brand building and management. It also makes an outlook inadequacies in this study and subsequent deepening.In this paper, the research perspective and research data reflect a certain novelty. It also deepens academic employer attractiveness influencing factors.
