With the rapid development of the modern information technology, profound changes are happeningin business operations and management. The management cockpit system is a high-level decision support system for business intelligence system, reflecting the real-time running, the collected data visualization, intuitive, concrete, detailed index system. However, as a complex system engineering, implementation of cockpit systems require a high degree of integration of the internal information system, the survey results at home and abroad, the success rate of the cockpit system implementation is not very high, a lot of on-line system was shelved, corporate put into the system construction funds are often in vain. Therefore, the study of cockpit systems users’attitudes, as well as important factors affect the cockpit system implementation, enterprise the imminent implementation or failure of implementation of important reference value. As the main body technology acceptance model theory of TAM, the complex features of cockpit systems to extract user training in the project implementation process, process transformation, external support, IT capabilities, perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, attitude, use willingness to eight influencing factors, build a the cockpit attitude factor model, and put forward a hypothetical proposition. In this study, a high degree of information and cockpit system has been implemented state-owned enterprises for the survey, questionnaires, structural equation modeling method empirical research validate model assumptions proposition, and draw various factors on the cockpit system uses the attitude of the significant impact strength. Useful cognitive and ease of use cognitive has a significant impact on the attitude of employees, and user training as the external factors affect the useful cognitive and ease of use of cognitive, external support and IT capabilities have an significant effects process on the ease of use cognitive, Process change has significantly effects on useful cognitive. According to the empirical results, it puts forward a few enterprises to implement the recommendations of the cockpit system. In the course of the study, SPSS18, and AMOS20software were used to numerical calculation. The results of this study of Chinese Enterprises cockpit system havean important theoretical and practical significance.
