Rural credit cooperatives long-term experience of development and expansion, have become China’s financial system is very important part. Currently most rural credit cooperatives not establish uniform, standard customer satisfaction of evaluation index system, not the customer satisfaction assessment into the normal operation. This article through to the existing customer satisfaction of test methods, according to the literature and the rural credit cooperative arrangement of the service characteristics, and put forward the measure customer satisfaction index system of rural credit cooperatives, and through the factor analysis to an index system to delete, and then through and the adjustment of the reliability and validity of the test to prove the model’s reliability and validity, at last, the paper over rural credit cooperatives customer satisfaction the ascension of the strategy.This article from the current banking service quality, through the analysis of the current situation of rural credit cooperatives service properties, combined with the practice of increasing the service quality, improve customer service over the rural credit cooperative exploration, promote the customers’ satisfaction as the basic way of the rural credit cooperatives over for management decisions, also can provide the basis for the domestic banking and other services enterprise provide some improving service quality and improve their own competitiveness Suggestions and using for reference.Through the research shows that the credit customer satisfaction of influence factors including brand factors, credit the characteristics of the products, marketing system, customer communication and customer care. This article through studies and questionnaire draw the conclusion, and put forward the LiCheng the cooperatives to enhance customer satisfaction of the strategy, which set up with the customers as the center of the concept is the most important, and then the credit products to meet customer satisfaction, and establish a regular feedback system, finally credit cooperatives to raise their social awareness, through the service credit customers, support the industry, relevant charge interest to win-win effect.
