TF Industry CO., LTD.(hereinafter referred to as the TF Company) restructured in2012, and S Mine Bureau became the actual controller of company after the restructuring. Company held a100%stake of LD Investment Limited Company directly, a100%stake of XL Mining and LF Mining directly and indirectly through Ludi Investment Limited Company. Main businesses translated to iron ore mining, machining and powdered iron sales. A series of changes have taken place on the enterprise external environment and own conditions. Therefore, on the basis of comprehensive analysis of the external environment and objective evaluation of own conditions, it is critical to research and discuss the development strategy after restructuring to the sustainable and healthy development of company. This article uses the method of combining the theory with practice to carry on the SWOT analysis of the internal and external environment of TF Company, make the selection of company’s development strategy through a series of qualitative and quantitative processing method, and put forward a set of security measures on the implementation of strategy.First of all, this article summaries and combs theory of strategic management systematically, discusses the connotation of strategy management,division of strategic levels, process of strategic management and development process of strategic management theory, and combs the strategic analysis tools. After that, this article studies the development environment of company, comprehensively analyzes the existing opportunities and threats in the external environment, objectively evaluates the company’s own advantages and disadvantages. From the external environment, the sustained rapid growth of economic of our country, national policy that encourages iron ore exploration and development, the rapid development of steel industry are beneficial the future development of company. And at the same time, the obvious change of company present business’s industry cycle, products’prices in control of the international macro economic situation, the rise of domestic labor costs and the enhance of environmental requirement may cause adverse effects on the enterprise development. From the internal conditions, in the previous development process, TF Company has accumulated rich experience in mines management, formed the mature internal security management system, company has rich mining resources and processes certain financing advantage after restructuring; but the current customer is single, company need integrate the assets after restructuring, enterprise talent reserves is slightly lacking, these aspects will restrict enterprise development to a certain extent.Under this background, this article discusses the selection and implementation of company development strategy, on the basic of expounding company’s management tenet and development goals, designs alternative strategies for company through SWOT analysis, selects company development strategy by using strategy analysis tools such as quantitative planning matrix, and discuss its specific planning and implementation program. Through analyzing our article supposes that TF Company should select SO strategy, that is company should fully grasp opportunities which brought by rapid development of the economic of our country and upgrade of residents’consumption, take the advantage of state support policy to give play to the strengths of enterprise resources and rich experience, use the financing platform for related diversification expansion.To ensure the implementation of the strategy of company, we discuss the safeguards of development strategy implementation in the terms of organizational structure, corporate culture, human resource, financial management, informatization construction and security management. In the next step, company need merge and integrate present sections; foster a competitive corporate culture; recruit and cultivate professional talents, strengthen the talent team construction; expand the financing channels and improve the service efficiency of funds; strengthen the construction of informatization and improve office efficiency; pay more attention to safety management and ensure steady progress of the enterprise strategy.In the end, this article proposes the summary and prospect, sums up the primary conclusions in the research process, concludes the shortages of research, and on the basis of this puts forward the research direction in the future. The innovation of research is mainly reflected in that selecting a kind of strategy which is suitable for development of TF Company in the new period through a series of qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis, and putting forward a series of safeguard measures for strategic implementation.
