Guangzhou Kaifeng Mechanical and Electrical Equipment Co., Ltd. is specializing in special equipment design, development, manufacturing, Small and medium-sized micro-enterprises, with its own special circumstances.The modern enterprise is in a dynamic change market environment, must adjust their business strategy accordingly, this article purpose is to get research on the development strategy of the Guangzhou Kaifeng Electrical and Mechanical Equipment Co., Ltd., by advanced enterprise strategic management theory and scientific analysis methods, to work out a development strategy in line with the laws of the market for the actual situation of the company. By studying of the development strategy of the Guangzhou Kaifeng Electrical and Mechanical Equipment Co., Ltd., to provide useful lessons to learn from the development of other Small and medium-sized micro-enterprisesFirstly, this papaer describes the research background and problems, then specifically analyze the internal and external environment of the company, using "external factor evaluation matrix" to evaluate the effectiveness of response of the company to key external factors; using "Porter’s five forces model"to analysis the situation and trends of competition between enterprises in the industry, to find out the threats and opportunities for the company; using "internal factors evaluation matrix"to assess the strength and weakness of the enterprise based on the comprehensive analysis of internal factors of the company. Finally, identify the key strategic factors and analysis SWOT strategy matrix based on expert advice, formulate development strategies of the company, propose the safeguard rules corresponding to enterprise implementation strategy.
