Currently, our county is in the transformation of economic development mode, critical period of adjusting and upgrading the industrial structure. Coordination development of industrial structure and employment structure is very essential to the two major economic problems——addressing the continued steady and rapid development of the economy and lowering the unemployment rate. In the labor market in China, however, there is a "labor shortage" and "graduates unemployed " paradox, studies have shown that the principal contradiction of labor market in China is not the amount of pressure, but the supply of labor structure and the industrial sector’s demand for labor structure does not conform to structural unemployment. And what leads to problem is that the labor supply structure of the existing labor market cannot match the upgrading of industrial structure adjustment of the proposed new labor demand structure, so that the evolution of employment structure and industrial structure development don’t coordinate.Labor as a factor of production, limited by the urban-rural dual structure and inadequate education system, is unable to free flew between the departments of industrial structure, then the structure of labor supply in the labor market does not match the structure of labor demand of industries. Starting from the factors influencing the structure of labor demand and supply structure, this paper uses qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis methods to analyze the causes of structural unemployment and countermeasures, hoping to get useful conclusions, for the study of industry structure and employment structure of experts and scholars to open a new perspective.
