China’s Shale Gas Listing Corporation Performance Study

Shale gas is a kind of new natural gas alternative energy, which is obtained fromthe exploration and development of mineral layer standard. At present, China’s provencan use shale gas energy is estimated at15to28trillion cubic meters, which has greatuse value. Nowadays, shale plays an important role in improving energy structure andguarantying the energy security of China.However, our country in the development of shale gas unconventional energy isstill in its infancy. China must makes the enterprise into the capital of shale gas canfunction effectively and makes the enterprise capital can obtain good businessperformance. Therefore, making good use of the future development opportunitiesshould be highly valued by shale gas business operators and owners.As the most representative of shale gas development and utilization efficiency ofenterprises, Listing Corporation can reflect China’s shale gas enterprises currentlyoperating performance. This paper selects25shale gas listing Corporation as researchsamples, firstly using the method of listing Corporation performance evaluationindicators to analyst their debt paying ability, operating capacity, profitability andgrowth ability of2009-2011, using the factor analysis method to get the score ofcomprehensive performance, and giving suggestions finally.The ultimate aim of this paper is providing a set of perfect management systemfor China’s shale gas listing Corporation to measure the overall strength of the present,guide rational investment of investors, and help the shale gas listing Corporationeffectively absorb. Finally, the author hopes to provide the reference for moreenterprises to join the shale gas industry, contribute to China’s shale gas revolution.
