This study explored the relationship of creative talents’face-need and knowledge sharing, as well as study Guanxi’s role in the relations of face-need and knowledge share.The dimensions of the face-need based on the results of previous studies, classified creative knowledge according to the different characteristics of the creative knowledge, according to social exchange theory, explore the relationship of face-needs and knowledge share of creative talents, in addition, explore role of Guanxi in the relationship between face-needs and knowledge-share, propose specific theoretical models and hypotheses, using SPSS15.0and AMOS18.0software tools to deal with data, empirical analysis of hypotheses and theoretical models. The main conclusions are as follows:The face-need of creative talents can affect the behavior of knowledge share. The empirical results show that:desire to gain face significantly affect the tacit knowledge and explicit knowledge share of creative talents, the desire to gain face promote more tacit knowledge share than explicit knowledge share; By contrast, fear of losing face will inhibit the share of explicit knowledge and tacit knowledge of creative talents, and will inhibit more explicit knowledge than tacit knowledge. In addition, the creative talents desire to earn face than fear of losing face. Besides, male have stronger desire to gain face than female, they have no discrepancy in the fear of losing face. The Guanxi of creative talents has influence in the relationship of face-needs and knowledge share. Obligational Guanxi, exprssive Guanxi, instructive Guanxi have effect in the face-need to knowledge share of creative talents. These three kinds of Guanxi play a positive regulatory role in the desire of gaining face and knowledge share of the creative talents, Obligational Guanxi, exprssive Guanxi play a negative regulatory role in the relationship between fear of losing face and knowledge share.The article provides a new theoretical basis for the promotion of creative talents and knowledge share, to some extent, but also enriched the face-need and Guanxi theory, the enterprise can take some new attempt to stimulate knowledge share of creative talents from face-need and Guanxi, creative talent itself can also cognition of self more comprehensive from their own face-need and Guanxi. Of course this article also has many deficiencies, need more extensive in-depth follow-up research.
