Under the background of a shortage of the world’s freshwater resources,desalination become an important means to solve the crisis of freshwater resources.The traditional desalination consumes large amounts of conventional energy sources,that not only exacerbates the shortage of petroleum resources, but also emits largeamounts of nitrogen oxides, greenhouse gases and other pollutants. So, the use of animportant way, such as solar and other renewable clean energy to achievedesalination will certainly become an important direction for desalination technologydevelopment and settlement of the freshwater resource crisis, and it has greatsignificance for ensuring the sustainable and healthy development of human society.Based on the film evaporation and film condensation theory, developed a low powerconsumption, low operating temperature, the thermal utilization factor of1ton/daysmall effect distillation of solar desalination systems.First of all, through the analysis of heat and mass transfer process ofdesalination systems, the establishment of the desalination system of heat and masstransfer mathematical model, given the overall system, as well as conservation ofmass equation for each subsystem, the energy conservation equation, calculate theheat transfer equation of the water productionheat and mass transfer relationships.In the design of the given under the condition of water desalination system accordingto solar thermal calculation get within the system in heat exchange equipmentworking parameters of the design condition, according to these parameters in heatexchange equipment structure design calculation, determine the distiller of heatexchange tube area and arrangement mode.Finally, the main factors affect the four-effect distillation solar desalinationwater production rate test and analysis system suitable operating conditions;through the optimization of system performance, access to the best matchingparameters of four-effect distillation of solar desalination systems.
