The Technology Research On The Jiangxi Provincial "One Map" Of Land And Resources Based On MapGIS

The Information era has quickly stepped into the world. The economic and socialfields under the guidance of information technology are witnessing profound reforms. Theland and resources management is faced with overwhelming, rapidly developinginformation technology revolution. In recent years, with the implementation of the "digitalland" project and national "One Map" work actively promoting, the provincial, city andcounty land and resources informatization construction is in full swing. However, datasources of "One Map", there are many different kinds of data format, multi-source, dataacross the belt, the problem such as large amount of data and so on, is bound to the datamanagement, the data make it difficult to achieve map services and applications, etc.This paper combined with the author who has participated in the "One Map"construction project of Jiangxi province, firstly the author studied the technical backgroundof the Jiangxi provincial "One Map" project which was based on MapGIS platform, andcombined with technical route of "One Map" with Jiangxi province engineeringconstruction,"a map" project of Jiangxi province have been studied the general systemframework, the C/S and B/S mixed structure. Secondly, the content of spatial data base,data storage and the core database design and so on has carried on the detailed analysis ofthe research. Finally, the author discusses function modules and key technologies toimplement these functions of "a map" project construction, the main contents include:1．the storage of the data requires a series of normative inspection, and the authoranalyzes technology of inspection process, the data input and output.2．the provincial level "One Map" is a huge task, and collected various countiesmulti-source heterogeneous data including the vector data, image data, business data andso on, the author put forward the idea of based on middleware technology to solveheterogeneous data management and configuration method of middleware.3．the author studied and analyzed the application of the WebGIS informationannouncement and the technology to tile map in "One Map" project construction; AsJiangxi provincial four year’s remote sensing image data for an example, the paperintroduces the technology which contrasts to browse in the same window and multi-timehorizon in "a map" project; According to the construction of "One Map" project of Jiangxiprovince, this paper expounds the system configuration of tiling map technology, as theJiangxi province Huichang county overall planning data for example, linking theory with practice, the author concretely introduces the implementation process of releasing tiles.4．Combining with the construction of the three-dimensional releasing system of"One Map" of Jiangxi province, the author introduces the prototype the two and threedimensional integration GIS system.
