During recent years, the use of fringe projection techniques for generating three-dimensional (3D) surface information has become one of the most active research areas in optical metrology. The technique has found various applications in diverse fields: biomedical applications such as3D intra-oral dental measurements, non-invasive3D imaging and monitoring of vascular wall deformations, inspection of wounds and skin topography measurement for use in cosmetology。Industrial and scientific applications such as vibration analysis,, global measurement of free surface deformations, local wall thickness measurement of forced sheet metals, corrosion analysis, measurement of surface roughness measurement of surface roughness. Kinematics applications such as measuring the shape and position of a moving object/creature and the study of kinematical parameters of dragonfly in free flight; biometric identification applications such as3D face reconstruction for the development of robust face recognition systems cultural heritage and preservation etc.So use fringe projection techniques generating three-dimensional (3D) surface information in these areas has important significance and broad application prospects.Because fringe projection techniques has no damage, non-invasive, and high accuracy, high resolution, data acquisition advantages of fast that is very the prospects of the measurement method.In the use of fringe projection techniques to measure things morphology, we mainly using Fourier transform profile measurement technique, namely using2D image can reproduce the morphological features of the three-dimensional (3D) surface information, and it has the data acquisition speed precision higher characteristic。In the use of Fourier transform profile measurement intraoperative we mainly do the following job。 1.Using Matlab to the preparation of a grating procedures projection grating2.Establish application grating projection technique known as Fourier profile measurement technique to measure things morphology of optics laboratory equipment3. The braid good grating stripe through the projector directly to the object surface projection, and through the CCD collection after modulated grating stripe of2d images.4. Using MATLAB prepare good Fourier transform profile measurement calculating program through a grating stripe of reading, and carries on the Fourier transform treatment, so as to realize the object three-dimensional contours measurement.
