This article use the peripheral of Qulong typical deposits as the study area, based on the analysis of geological background, Extracted geology, remote sensing, geochemical and other predict factors, established target quantitative evaluation prospecting model, carried out prospecting forecasting, delineated the smallest forecast area. It provides prospecting clues for mineral resources prospecting on peripheral of Qulong copper deposit.Achievements are mainly the following aspects:One.summed geological background of Qulong typical deposits.Two.as a guide to metallogenic theory, analysising the ore-forming elements of the study area.the structures of ore-controlling, ore-bearing strata, mineralization pluton, wall-rock alteration, ore fabric and mineral composition of deposit were studied, summarized the mineralization geological conditions.Three.adopting visual interpretation to extract line, ring, area elements that related to mineral, applying the way of characteristics principal component analysis to extract remote sensing alteration information related to mineralization.Four.using the ways of mineralization favorable, taking line, ring, area elements of remote sensing interpretation, remote sensing alteration information related to mineralization, Copper geochemical anomaly and multi-element integrated anomaly as geological variables.established target quantitative evaluation mathematical model, counted the favorable degree of mineralization in the study area, delineated the minimum predicted area.
