Research area on the Northwestern margin of the Qinghai-Tibet plateau, occupying the middle part of West Kunlun mountains and the Karakoram, West of pamiershan. Tectonic attribution in the tianshuihai-mazha area, Western Kunlun, this select group for the study of upper carboniferous in Tyre, by analyzing the cross section characteristics, Petrology and geochemical analysis, tyre and provenance of sedimentary tectonic background, commissioned a detailed study on the sedimentary environment. Explore the tianshuihai-mazha area, West Kunlun tectonic-sedimentary evolution of the late Carboniferous, scientific questions.Research results show that tyre group can be divided into A formation and B formation, A formation primarily for the bottom clip gray, light gray limestone Siltstone, Slate, lower-grey-dark gray thick-bedded conglomerates, grey limestone gravel composition, see small amounts of dark grey sandstone, grey quartz sandstone, gravel orientation. Central grey-dark gray and thin-layered metamorphic sandstone in thin layer of dark grey slate, local-thick-bedded conglomerates in grey, light grey, dark grey and thin-layer rock quartz sandstone, and upper primary to gray green fine quartz sandstone, mudstone and sandstone, greyish-green metamorphosed sandstone, clip a small amount of slate. B formation is a grey, light grey, grey white thin-thick layer of fine-particle feldspar quartz sand, quartz sand, and fine particle pyrite-bearing metamorphic (coarse grained) quartz sandstone, clip gray, dark gray or grayish-green thin-thick layered metamorphic sandstone layered slate.
