Zhenjing area is located in the southwestern of Ordos basin. It covers an area of2515.6km2, and has31943.62million tons of oil resources. At present, the resources proven rate is only5.55%and the exploration potential is big.In recent years, the high yield industrial oil is found in Honghe42well and Honghe55well and so on, which reveals the fine exploration prospect of the chang9oil-bearing of Yanchang formation in Zhenjing area. But, the degree of exploration is lower and the results of research is less, especially in the study of the reservoir characteristics is not enough. In this paper, the auth synthetically applied reservoir sedimentology, petroleum geology, etc, on the basis of the analysis of logging data and microscopic identification of thin section, combining with the field profile observation, core description, testing analysis to systematically research and evaluate the reservoir characteristics of the Chang9oil-bearing of the Yanchang formation in Zhenjing area, Ordos basin.The plain and front of the braided river delta and shallow lake subfacies were developed in the Chang9age of the Zhenjing area. The subfacies of delta front is the main sedimentary system, mainly including underwater distributary channel sand body and mouth bar sand body, etc. The lithology of these sand bodies are mainly fine or medium grained lithic sandstone and feldspathic lithic sandstone. The content of matix is less in this sand bodies and they are mainly clay mixed and plaster mixed. The residual original intergranular pore and intragranular dissolved pore are developed. The mainly types of reservoir sandstone’s diagenesis include compaction, carbonate cementation and siliceous cementation, dissolution and so on at Chang9stage in research area. At present, it is in the late stage of A stage to the early of B stage of the late diagenetic stage. The reservoir is the very low porosity and low permeability sandstone reservoir. The influence factors of reservoir development are rock types, sedimentary facies and diagenesis. The overall characteristics of the low porosity and permeability is determined by the rock types. The sedimentary facies affects the development of the porosity and permeability of the reservoir. At the same time, it highly controlles the spatial distribution of sand body. A large number of primary pores disappear because of compaction, carbonate cementation, siliceous cementation. Dissolution make the faces rate of rock increased by2.87%and promotes the development of the physical properties of reservoir.According to the sedimentary facies zones, sand body distribution, pore structure, reservoir physical properties, such as characteristics, reservoir is evaluated comprehensively and the favorable exploration zones are predicted.
