Land use function zoning of modern agriculture demonstration zones is study on the functional zoning for scientific and rational distribution arrangements, by the rule of production, life and ecology, on modern agriculture demonstration zones which a sustainable development park as a fundamental to the development of modern agriculture and modern business management system, and in the spatial distribution of in the establishment of mutual ties and coordination to maximize the economic, social and ecological benefits. This is not only to ensure the sustainable development of the national modern agriculture demonstration area, and also to solve the problems of the urban-rural integration, even rural issues concerning agriculture, countryside and farmers. The function zoning, combined with GIS technology, transformed by the traditional qualitative analysis to quantitative analysis, more comprehensive analysis of factors affect the function of zoning and its role.This paper used Xihu National Modern Agricultural Demonstration Zone for the study area, location theory, system theory, the regional division of labor theory and the theory of sustainable development as the guidance, to filter out the factors in the study area on the basis of full investigation, and using Analytic Hierarchy Process construct the index system and weight factors data, in the support of GIS technology, factors data processing and evaluation unit assignment, the function division and sure through the spatial analysis. The content and results of the study are introduced as follows:(1) Through the study found there are three existing regions which of the agricultural area, the central urban area and the original ecological zones in Xihu District, and its influence factors mainly divided into natural factors, socio-economic factors and ecological factor.(2) According to these factors, combined with the potential for economic growth, policies and other relevant factors, using Analytic Hierarchy Process derived functional zoning index system and weight.(3) According to the weight score superimposed indicators related to property values, it got the resulting the overlay analysis diagram by GIS spatial analysis, by the score height of arrangement area and its actual function, and then Xihu District can be divided into modern agricultural production areas, traditional agricultural development areas, urban and rural integration areas and ecological environment areas.This paper on a comprehensive analysis of a variety of factors that affect the functional zoning, based on the effective use of GIS technology, it made spatial layout of the functional areas scientific. The Research results have achieved good practical effects in the overall planning of Xihu National Modern Agriculture Demonstration Zone. At the same time, they are also research basis for future planning and construction of modern agricultural demonstration zones, to ensure the efficiency of land use and modern agriculture demonstration zones master plan scientifically and reasonably, while promoting the strategies and objectives of land use effectively.
