In this experiment, the pretreatment of Camellia Shell was conducted in batch, and the anaerobic co-digestion of Camellia Shell and Pig Manure was operated in the CSTR anaerobic reactor by semi-continuous mode, the results showed that:(1) Camellia Shell pretreatment process experimentThe effect of biological pretreatment process which biogas slurry as pretreating agent for Camellia Shell main composition was not much better than chemical process which sulfuric acid, sodium hydroxide and ammonia water as chemical pretreating agent. In the chemical pretreatment experiment, the accumulative gas production of ammonia water pretreatment was the highest production of all;in the biological experiment, The accumulative gas production of the test of3,5,7pretreatment day respectively were53.2%,57.4%,62.4%higher than ammonia water.(2)Biological pretreatment process optimization and parameters research experimentBest particle size of40mesh, the optimum digestion temperature of37℃were found in the experiment. After pretreatment, the accumulative gas production of Camellia Shell was38.2%higher than pig manure digestion, the average biogas methane content of shell was27.2%higher than pig manure.(3) Research on semi-continuous experiment of Camellia shell and Pig ManureWhen the Camellia shell and pig manure ratio were1:2,1:1,2:1, respectively, the biogas production rate were27.3%,48.5%,11.9%higher than Pig Manure digestion, respectively; When Camellia Nutshell and pig manure ratio was1:1,the biogas production rate was2025mL/d-L.
