In this paper, we get xylanase by Aspergillus Niger fermentation. First, optimizethe fermentation condition. The optimum conditions for fermentation:7g bran mixedwith corn husk3g in250mL bottle of triangle,28℃with a72h fermentation. Theenzyme activity of xylanase is1982.637U/g. Using crude xylanase enzyme liquid todegrade the corn husk. The most suitable reaction condition is:4.09g dry corn husk assubstrates, add coarse xylan enzyme liquid3mL,594.79U, with a8h reaction under50℃. In this condition, acquire corn husk enzymolysis products0.53g, yield reach32.4%, the enzymatic hydrolysis product composition were analyzed by HPLC,molecular weight of the product is about5900, then make admeasurement for contentof total sugar and reducing sugar, results show that the enzymatic hydrolysis productis a large molecule oligosaccharide which composite by32monosaccharide units. Atlast make analysis of antioxidant activity with the oligosaccharides from corn husk, the DPPH analysis results shows that the corn husk oligosaccharides has a goodantioxidant activity.
