The Applicaiton Research Of FMEA Technology In The Quality Control Of Product Processing Process In Small And Medium-sized Enterprise

With the integration of the global economy, the trend of taking customer as thecenter of the market has become increasingly obvious. To a certain extent, thecompetition between the enterprises is embodied in quality competition. Therefore, ifthe enterprises want to win a place for basic land in the changeable market competition,it is necessary to establish a scientific quality control system and improve the ability tosatisfy customer demand, through which to ensure the quality of product or service isreliable, so to win the customer’s approval, and then win in the market competition. Inour country, especially in small and medium-sized manufacturing enterprises, there aremany shortage in the quality control work. Every year, the loss and waste caused byquality problems is very serious, which not only increased the enterprise production costand reduced the production efficiency, but also greatly weakened the competitiveness ofthe products on the market. Along with the increasingly furious marketing competitionand the constantly increasing customer demand, the small and medium-sized enterprisewill face many of the practical problems which need to be solved urgently.As a kind of quality reliability analysis tools, Failure mode and failure analysis(FMEA) has strong function of preventing quality problem. The practice has proved thatmost of the quality defects can be solved through the application of FMEA. Therefore,the application of FMEA to the quality control of small and medium-sizedmanufacturing enterprises in our country, will greatly improve current state of qualityproblem in the enterprise, and it is helpful for enterprises to improve the economicbenefit, which has vital significance for the development of the enterprise in the long-term.Based on the above problems, this paper take specific manufacturing enterprise asthe background, Apply the PFMEA technology to quality control of actual production,and provide a feasible prevention scheme for the small and medium enterprises to solvethe quality problems in field processing. First, from the analysis of product quality inadvance,this paper then find out the main potential failure mode, According to thePFMEA analysis method, the severity of failure mode, the occurrence, detection degreeand risk priority number of the cause of failure mod all have been evaluated. After thatcorresponding improvement measure has been formulated according to the failure causeand form a system of prevention scheme, which to a certain extent solve the quality problem and help enterprises to increase the economic benefit.
