Land is the human survival and development of the material foundation.It is the all production and thesource. Our country have a large population, the per capita less resources, a serious shortage of reservecultivated land resources, and there exists the land quality degradation, desertification, and even increaseddesertification phenomenon. So how to balance urban and rural development, completes the general landuse planning, timely, accurately grasps the soil condition, understand the characteristics of land use change,will become the region to promote economic and social sustainable development important means.This paper reviews the land exploit/land cover change (LUCC) to study the basis of multi-sourceremote sensing data of land use information extraction technology for rely on, grasps the long phaseBaiYangHe-Eric lake watershed land use situation, first establish Landsat TM remote sensing imageinterpreting marks, through remote sensing interpretation and field annotation, update the land use data to2009years. Then, reference2009remote sensing interpretation results, in1976,1989,2000, the third phaseof remote sensing data interpretation interpretation, through the terrain validation check interpretationresults, eliminate difficult area, fixed miscarriage of justice area, revision interpretation sketch, land use ofthematic map, GIS platform, land use evolution analysis, obtains BaiYangHe-Eric lake watershed land usestatus structure characteristics, land use change space and time characteristics and the change of land usesituation.This paper finally in landscape zoning is discussed under BaiYangHe-Eric lake watershed land usetypes of spatial and temporal distribution uniformity, using the transfer matrix analysis on cultivated land,water and city ore in the area of land change the main influence factors. Conclusion as follows: from1976to2009BaiYangHe-Eric lake valley grassland, forest land area reduced; Cultivated land, residential areaand industrial and mining land increase. So protecting BaiYangHe-Eric lake ecological environment, toprovide BaiYangHe-Eric lake wetland resources situation,evolution rule,reasonable protection andrecovery Eric lake wetland puts forward scientific basis.
