The Standard Model (SM) theory of the particle physics has achieved great success since it was found, however some puzzles still exist and can not be explained faultlessly. This means that there should be room for new physics beyond the SM.The study of B meson decay plays a significant role in testing the SM exactly, searching for the origin of the CP-violating asymmetries and new physics. Especially, with the operation of Large Hadron Collider LHC-b and B-meson factories.it makes our theoretical research more practical significance. In this paper, based on the low-energy effective Hamiltonian, we systematically study the Bu,dâ†'VV decays using the QCD factorization approach both in the Standard Model and two-Higgs-doublet models, and find:(1)The effects of the new physics is reflected in the Wilson coefficients of C7γ and C8g,especially for C8g. while the effects on Gi(i=1,...,10) can be safely ignored.(2)The correction to coefficient a4is large.(3)For color-allowed tree-dominated decay modes, the corrections are not obvious and can be ignored.(4)For color-suppressed tree-dominated decay modes, the corrections cannot be ignored, about20%-40%.(5)For penguin-dominated decay modes including coefficient a4exists in the decay am-plitudes, the correction is very large.up to70%(6)For penguin-dominated decay modes including coefficients α3,α5,α7,α9in decay am-plitudes,the new physics effects is tiny.(6)The branching ratio under new physics depends on the parameter MH+,we find that as Mh+increases, branching ratio tends to be less and becomes closer to the prediction of Standard Model, the effects of the new physics reduced.
