In loess area, many construction projects such as mining area construction, high-speed rail and road construction, water conservancy power engineering construction, mountainous residential buildings construction should be set up in the loess plateau mountainous area and hilly terrain. Need to dig out high and fill in low project on the slope, formed a large number of filling loess slopes. When encounter rain, it may induce a massive landslide, the geological disasters, that they will produce a great impact on our country economic construction in the loess region.Take the coking plant factory large filling loess landslide in Liulin as an example, on the basis of the detailed field investigation, sorting the data of exploratory drilling and test well, analysising the soil test results, finally we come to the following key knowledge and results by analysisling the conditions of format loess landslide geological environmental, the landslide formation mechanism and landslide stability, the prevention and control measures.(1) Based on the In-depth analysis of the development of the loess landslide, landslide characteristics, the characteristics deformation of landslide and so on, we found that the landslide is a slumping slide, which is basised for landslide mechanism analysis.(2) In the giant loess filling landslide formation process, bad engineering geological characteristics of soil and rock, monoclinic structure are the intrinsic factors of its formation; continuous rain, the high free face of the front of landslides, the bad hydrology of slope body good poor drainage, the factory area of grain filling of poor compaction is landslide formation of the external factors. One of the main factors of continuous rainfall induced landslides occur.(3)In combination with the filling characteristics of loess landslides, landslide deformation and failure mode are analyzed. The coking plant factory large filling loess landslides in Liulin belongs to complex loess landslides which is consists of the landslide, loess interface landslide, loess-mudstone type.(4)The transfer coefficient method of the limit equilibrium method is used to analysis and study the stability of loess landslide, calculate the stability coefficient and residual thrust of landslide, concluded that the landslide is stable to unstable state. By MIDAS software finite element strength reduction factor method, I has carried on the simulation, analyzed to the landslide in comparison. I found out the landslide displacement stress diagram, the landslide under saturated condition is in not steady state.(5) According to the characteristics of the landslide, the two kinds of comprehensive control measures are put forward. After a comprehensive comparison, I found the anti-slide pile+prestressed anchor+cable intercepting drain is the most economic, most reasonable solution. At the same time before and after management contrast, we found the effect of after anti-slide pile treatment is obvious.
