Phase is a very common and important concept in quantum mechanics,and theresearch on the geometric phase of the wave function is good for people to understandquantum mechanics. Since1984, when the British physicist Berry introduced Berryphase, the study of the geometric phase has been widespread concerned by physicists.In recent years, there has been many experimental trials and theoretical analysis ongeometric phase in many fields such as nuclear physics, atomic field, molecular field,condensed matter physics, canollical field and so on.So far, there has been much research on geometric phase, and domestic andforeign scholars have committed to researching the geometric phase of differentmodels. In this paper, we will use the quantum theory for the interaction of quantizedelectromagnetic field and two-level ultra-cold Bosonic atoms introduced byBhattacherjee to study the Berry phase of a Bose-Einstein condensation in the lightfield out of equilibrium,and discuss the influence of the atomic interactions on theBerry phase.
