Now the study of Marine fish has become a hot topic all over the world, t hespecies and distribution of fish in the waters of the real-time indicator as the state ofthe Marine environment, for its research mostly from the perspective of fish otolithtwo-dimensional observational study. Human own survival living environment isthree-dimensional, description of things cannot leave the look and form, thetraditional measuring technology produced in human cognitive process of the world,and are gradually optimized. However, with the expansion of the Scope of modernscientific research and the content of gradually deepening, from to the requirement ofmeasurement accuracy, efficiency and photometric aspects put forward higher request,also because of this, the three-dimensional topography measurement become one isbasic and important research technology. Projection grating phase shift methodthree-dimensional topography measurement of3d topography measurement is animportant kind of measurement technology, it has high efficiency, accuracy, etc. Theprojected grating phase shift method in recent years measurement technology hasmade great development, in order to adapt to social big industrial production providesa strong support. Projection grating phase shift method not only avoids the extractedcontour, determine the moire series process, and provides the analysis of the data canbe used for the measurement, and also through the image of density to obtain largeamount of data collection, in order to realize the measurement of high precision andhigh sensitivity. Based on this I combining the research direction of the mentor-3dmorphology technology, put forward the application of3d topography measurementline projection grating phase shift method to the laboratory as a technical means ofsmall yellow croaker otolith three-dimensional measurement, focusing on acquiredthrough3d measurement technology of step4study measuring phase diagram, phasediagram obtained by solution package, basically achieved small yellow croaker otolith3d again. Specific ideas for using interdisciplinary research platform, namely the projected grating line method of3d shape measurement system, in combination withexperimental mechanics, light side through to the otolith three-dimensionaltopography measurement, such as mechanics, UU by cross-platform graphics imageprocessing software to research the data, in the initial small yellow croaker otolithmorphology of3d reconstruction.This paper adopts the grid linear projection phase shift method to measure thesmall yellow croaker otolith structure3d model, designed a set of fish otoliththree-dimensional topography measurement system for experiment, the extract to thedeformation of otolith grid line stripes for processing, and restore the otoliththree-dimensional topography. Main work includes:(1) Summary of fish otolith in fish population identification plays an importantrole, as well as the present stage for development of fish otolith;(2) Introduction to the current method of3d topography measurement object,mainly introduced Fourier transform topography measurement method and projectiongrating line method moves the3d topography measurement method of the basictheory and basic knowledge. Combined with the actual size of the small yellowcroaker, and measurement accuracy requirements, design a set of fish otoliththree-dimensional morphology experiment system;(3) By UU cross-platform image processing software to produce several groupsof different stripe width of sinusoidal grating line and projection on the otolith,through software to capture the deformation stripes, conclusion of otolith phasediagram, and a detailed analysis of the impact of the stripe width is the result of theexperiment.(4) The summary and outlook, the grid linear projection phase-shift method isapplied to the biological field to small yellow croaker otolith three-dimensionaltopography, and the image processing, obtained preliminary finished the3d again, hasvery important practical significance, it remains to be further research.
