Economic globalization is an inevitable trend of development in the world, so China’s construction market is more competitive with the impact of international companies. Controling costs reasonable in order to maximize benefits not only the pursuit of the goals of the enterprise, but also the fundamental of enterprise survival and development. For large engineering construction projects, cost management is a complex process. The time has passed to control costs alone on experience, the factors are interrelated.Considering the factors that affect the cost of system dynamic,finding new method of project cost control depth is one direction.In the process of exploring the theory and method of construction project cost control, previous studies pay attention to theoretical guidance lack of quantitative analysis. System dynamics method has been widely applied to all areas of society, the research has also been made in the risk management of construction projects, however, the construction project cost control system has not yet commenced research. So, we try to combine system dynamics method to the theory of project cost control to modeling of project cost control system.First,the artical try to analys the main factors in the cost control system with the system dynamics method. By two main lines(feedback loop of cost variance,feedback loop of schedule variance),we find the factors of cost. Quality objectives include the integrated system of cost control in the form of rework. With the method of AHP,do research on risk analysis of Bored pile constuction process,and find that the main risk of accidents are broken the pile and into the hole is not round which cause60%of total rework. Secondly, based on the previous analysis, we identify the main variables from the five areas of people, materials, machines, methods, environment by fishbone diagram. According to the actual situation of the construction project, to determine the endogenous variables,outsideendogenous variables and ignore factors,so we create a model of the entire cost of the control system. Finally, the article selects the main pier of the Yellow River Bridge Bapanxia underwater foundation construction process as empirical research object. Through the data collection and processing, the article processing estimates the parameters needed in the model, and verify the application of system dynamics method of construction project cost control system is feasible by Vensim PLE software simulation.
