With the popularization of cars and the related automotive accidents, theresearch of automotive crash safety has an important practical significance. To buildan effective mathematical model to solve the problem is an important project inmathematical modeling. In this paper, the author uses the coupled PDE equations(Cauchy fluid equation and P-T/T stress equation) to simulate the non-Newtonianphenomenon of the viscous-elastic-plastic material impact. Also LS-DYNA softwareis combined to research HPC3D modeling technique in both velocity and stress. For numerical computing, semi-discrete Galerkin method (ie, using the finiteelement method in space and difference method in time) and NAG toolbox arecombined to get the numerical solution of the PDE equations. The influences ofEuler method and C-N method are also discussed respectively. The results show thatC-N method is better than Euler method in both theory and numerical computing.
