The wave energy is not only one of the most abundant energyreserves but also the most research study of marine energyrecently. The technology of its development and utilization hasmatured, and it’s moving into the commercialization stage ofdevelopment. In this paper, the wave power generation technology,the basic principles of energy conversion systems were fullyreviewed, the generation technology progress and the main waveenergy device at home and abroad were introduced, and thesuccessful implementation of some programs were a strong impetusto the wave Technological advances that can transform itsworldwide competitiveness. With the actual situation in China,the wave energy research and utilization of development goalsand direction were analyzed, and it shows that the developmentof wave energy can take advantage of our coastal marine resourcesfor the development and the development of the island from themainland.This paper focuses on the design and study of a new type ofaxial flow impeller type wave power generation device, used forocean wave energy power generation. The structure comprises ahollow float, and the sleeve is connected with a float, with two groups of power structure assembly sleeve, one end of eachstructural component extends into the hollow float, is connectedwith the generator through the gear mechanism, the other end isconnected with the two-way impeller. At present, there havebeen some can reduce wave energy generation cost, if we can makethe production and application of large-scale, wave powergeneration device can greatly reduce the cost of. High efficientutilization of wave energy resources, has great significance tothe marine development and the national coastal defenseconstruction.
