Lianbaling lead-zinc polymetallic deposit is located in the hanging wall of maindetachment zone, which is the western part of northeast plunging crown of Fuping mantlebranch, and also in the intersected position of the north contact zones of Wanganzhencomplex rock mass and Wulonggou-Shanghuangqi deep fault.Lianbaling lead-zincpolymetallic deposit, which is of hydrothermal vein type, is of a large controlling scale andeven of extra large in the future. This deposit is another large-size lead-zinc deposit inHebei province after the discovering of the Caijiaying large-size lead-zinc deposit.Basing on the predecessor’s literature data and exploration and mining information ofLianbaling lead-zinc polymetallic deposit, we have done ground and undergroundgeological survey and testing analysis work. By scientifically researching information ofmineral, rock, deposit, deposit geochemical, and isotopic geochemics, we have known theore-forming geological characteristics, metallogenic source and genesis of Lianbalinglead-zinc polymetallic deposit.Field geology survey indicates that the ore bodies of Lianbaling lead-zinc polymetallicmining area are mainly devolved in Wumishan Formation, some others cut throughYanshanian magma body. Comparing with the metallogenic isotope ages of gold-bearinglead-zinc deposit, copper-bearing lead-zinc deposit and silver-bearing lead-zinc deposit inthe center or north of the entire Taihang Mountain, we deduce that the forming ofLianbaling lead-zinc polymetallic deposit, of which the metallogenic age is YanshanianPeriod, is directly concerned with Yanshanian magma. The study of deposit geochemical and isotopic geochemics indicates that theore-forming materials of Lianbaling lead-zinc polymetallic deposit derive from the deepearth, and the ore-forming fluids are mainly original magmatic water, mixed with somemeteoric water in the process of mineralization.Through the study of geological characteristics, metallogenic role and genesis of theore-forming materials, it is considered that the elements Pb, Zn derive from the deep earth, and the driving force of the up-moving of Pb, Zn is the poly-revolving of the mantle. Underthe environment of ultra high temperature and ultra high pressure in the deep earth, theelements Pb, Zn and their sulfides can only exist in gas, and move up with the poly-revolving of mantle. At last, the ore-forming materials deposit in the proper structureposition as the physical and chemical conditions change.
