With the social progress, the logistics industry has been rapid development. How to reducelogistics cost, reasonable scheduling has become a hot topic in the research of transportvehicle. The problem of traditional vehicle scheduling are limited to the static research mostly, all the routes have been arranged before the vehicles set out. The rapid development of marketeconomy, more and more prominent in the dynamic scheduling of vehicles transportationrequirements. As a complex and more practical vehicle scheduling model, dynamic vehiclescheduling problem has become the difficulty of the current research. The development ofcomputer and information technology, has provided technical support to the scheduling ofdynamic vehicle, The intelligent transportation based on modern electronic informationtechnology and face transportation will become the development trend。Use the globalpositioning system (GPS), general packet radio service (GPRS), geographic informationsystem (GIS), it construct a dynamic vehicle scheduling system model, has established thedynamic vehicle scheduling model, and has carried on the system design and research. Themain contents are as follows:Througth the analysis of GPS/GPRS/GIS system composition and work principle withtechnical superiority, has proposed to use GPS/GPRS/GIS technology to dynamic vehiclescheduling system, construct dynamic vehicle scheduling model based on GPS/GPRS/GIS.Real-time system can query the vehicle and vehicle cargo information, demand informationreal-time processing new. The optimization algorithm to get the optimal vehicle schedulingroute, to achieve the dynamic environment of vehicle scheduling objective.Explicit expound the vehicle scheduling model of pickup and delivery. The time axis andpartition scheduling strategy apply to dynamic vehicle scheduling has proposed. Schedulingrequirements in accordance with the time axis is divided treatment. Clustering partition scheduling vehicles. Using the analysis software SPSS clustering, verified the feasibility ofthe strategy for instance.Through the constraints set dynamic vehicle scheduling model, set up the vehiclescheduling model of pickup and delivery.. Comprehensive comparison of various intelligentalgorithms, the ant colony algorithm is applied to solve the vehicle scheduling model. Theimproved ant colony algorithm is applied to the model, to achieve fast convergence speed, theresults do not fall into the local optimum effect. Through the MATALAB software toprogram, to solve the model of scheduling that has established, the operation results isconvergence and stabilityDesign of dynamic vehicle scheduling system based on GPS/GPRS/GIS. Include thevehicle terminal design and scheduling center visual interface design. To establish thevehicle communication protocol,to contact the communication between vehicle terminal andcontrol center. The coordinate transformation of GPS coordinate data received at the end ofthe vehicle,to set the vehicle terminal hardware connection. Using Mapinfo software, toestablish the GIS map. GIS map display real-time dynamic scheduling of vehicles and thedemand points, achieve the vehicle scheduling visual target.
