Our country is a nation that has many mountains and earthquakes. Inevitably, a lot ofslope problems related to earthquake will be emerged. So, study on the influence of the loessplatform and slope on seismic wave response has important theoretical and practicalsignificance. This paper takes loess platform and slope under seismic load as the research object. Thetopography effect on seismic wave response is achieved by use of field test and numericalcalculation. The main contents and conclusions are reached as follows:Firstly, The influence of slope topography on seismic wave response is analyzed, including geological conditions and landform.Secondly, With the in-situ simulate blasting seismic wave, regression equation isobtained according to the test data and the influence of topography on the seismic waveresponse is concluded. The experimental results show that: vibration amplification effect hasdirectional, and the vibration amplification effect in horizontal is bigger than that of vertical. At last, With the help of numerical simulation software, the three-dimensional model ofslope is established and the dynamic analysis of geological conditions and landform arecarried on. Study on numerical simulation of seismic response characteristics is carried onbased on different lithology combination, different slope angle, slope height, slope shape, different series platform tableland factors. The amplification effect of seismic wave in softrock is greater than hard rock slope and the amplification effect of the hardness-upward ismore obvious than the softness-upward. When the rock slope gradient within60°, the ratio ofslope dynamic response amplification effect is between1~1.2; When the slope gradient isbigger than75°, the ratio of amplification effect on the dynamic response is about1.8. With the increase of the slope height, the amplification effect is increases, but smaller than theinfluence of increasing slope Angle. The seismic amplification effect of type convex andconcave slope are bigger than linear slope. In loess tableland terrain, the seismic amplificationeffect will become weak while series are reduced. The research and its results provide further study on seismic wave response andreference for similar slope dynamic stability analysis.
