The large vacuum testing table is a simulation and testing equipment, which can beused to adjust the testing status of mapping cameras in the vacuum tank. It’s a keyequipment for mapping cameras in the calibration of photo-electricity features. Thelarge vacuum testing table has the following features: high load-bearing, large sizestructures, under vacuum and low-temperature conditions and so on. According to thetechnique data of the testing table, the author accomplished the structural design andbuilt up an error modeling based on multi-body system dynamics theory, and the errormodeling would be a basis of the structural design.Firstly, according to the technique data the author completed the structural designof the large vacuum testing table, which included the following: the design of framestructure, the choice of driving methods and measuring element. Coping with thespecific environment, the author solved a range of problems such as cold-weldingresistance, the design of thermal control system.Secondly, the author made an optimal structure design of the large vacuum testingtable based on ANSYS. The thesis carried on optimal design of the base plate, aimed toget the optimal material distribution. Made a size optimization of horizontal motionplate, analyzed the influences of ribs’ thickness to the total mass, the maximum stressand the maximum deformation, and got an optimal case of the horizontal motion plate.Thirdly, the author built up an error modeling base on multi-body system dynamicstheory, and made a simulation analyses based on Matlab. According to the structure andworking process of the large vacuum, the author analyzed the errors that influence thepositional accuracy and pointing accuracy, then built up the error modeling precisely.The factors influenced the positional accuracy and pointing accuracy has been discussedwith the help of Matlab.Finally, according to the technical requirements, the author tested the rotationaccuracy and straightness accuracy of the large vacuum testing table. And the accuracycan meet the requirement, it meant that the mechanical part of large vacuum testingtable was qualified.
