In this paper, the dissipativeness of a phytoplankton-toxic phytoplankton-zooplankton model with cross-diffusion is investigated. Using the energy estimates and Gagliardo-Nirenberg-type inequalities, the existence and uniform boundedness of global solu-tions for the model are proved.
