Based On Fuzzy Covering Rough Set Theory

Rough set theory as a mathematical tool to deal with the uncertainty ofknowledge, since it presents, many scholars have researched. The fuzzy set theory is atool to deal with fuzzy knowledge, so in order to deal with more complex practicalproblems, fuzzy sets and rough set combined to research, and it has a very importantsignificance.This paper focuses on the studies of covering rough set and fuzzy coveringrough set. The main works have:(1) The definition of a new neighborhood covering rough set is proposed, andits properties are discussed, moreover, the matrix description of neighborhoodcovering rough set are given; lastly, the definition and properties of covering roughset’s fuzzy degree are studied.(2) Fuzzy covering approximation space is studied, and the upper、lowerapproximation of fuzzy covering rough set are given, moreover, the properties andaxiomatic are discussed.(3) The digital features of fuzzy covering rough set are defined, which are fuzzydegree, approximate accuracy degree, roughness degree, difference degree, nearnessdegree, neighboring degree, etc., and studied these degrees,properties.The fuzzy approximation space is studied in the paper, which provides thetheory analysis to the uncertainty issues and enrich the studies of fuzzy rough set..
