Jiangyuan area in Baishan city is located in the southeastern mountainousarea of Jilin province, area condition is relatively complex landform andphysiognomy,geologic environmental quality is poorer,is a region of debrisflow hazards in Jilin province. Most Jiangyuan area is located in the mountains,are the basic conditions of debris flow formation,in the natural function andhuman engineering activities,under the influence of debris flow is developmentin the studied area,the frequency is higher,harm is serious. Debris flowdisasters not only threatens the existence of the local people’s life and propertysafety,and restricts the local social and economic sustainable development.In full consideration of debris flow formation under the condition of internalmotivation and external motivation,analyzing the various influence factors ofaffecting the mud-rock flow,combining with the debris flow formation potentialnecessary to loose material sources, hydrodynamic conditions and otherfactors,set up relevant influencing factors of debris flow risk assessmentsystem,to combine GIS with the analytic hierarchy process,the debris flow riskassessment in the area,through the GIS strong spatial analysis ability,givingfull play to the advantages of multi-factor comprehensive evaluation of analytichierarchy process can, effective evaluation factors in the process ofquantification,and to discriminate the subjective factors and objective factors ofinfluence weight combination of good. Through detailed field investigation,fullybased on the geological environmental data collected in the study area,theanalysis of geological environment background and the development of debrisflow characteristics in the study area and the formation mechanism,the groundelevation, landform types, formation lithology, the ground motion peakacceleration,slope gradient,average annual rainfall and human engineeringactivities and land use as evaluation factors;Application of GIS map theevaluation analysis of each factor,and making use of the analytic hierarchy process to determine the weight of each evaluation factor. Through the riskassessment model for debris flow risk zoning. Debris flow risk assessment witheffective mathematical methods to study,and compared with the traditionalqualitative grade debris flow risk assessment were analyzed.Through the study of this article will theory to guide the practicalapplication,for debris flow disaster prevention and control work to providetechnical support in Jiangyuan area in Baishan city,for the local geologicaldisaster prevention department of debris flow disaster prevention planning anddisaster prevention and mitigation measures have important practicalsignificance.
